Kitchen Tip Tuesdays

Hello all~

Here is my contribution to this week's Kitchen Tip Tuesday. It is so simple and such a little thing, I almost didn't post it - but here goes:

When you have a recipe, one you have either printed off of Tammy's wonderful recipe site or your own recipe card, use your favorite magnet to hold it to your stove top hood. This keeps your recipe in sight, OUT of the food and mess, and you won't lose it under plates and pans and such on your counter. It is such a simple thing - but it has really helped me over the last few weeks. I saw our youth pastor's wife doing this a few times and I had to give it a try - and now I'm hooked!! No more messy recipe cards for me!

There ya go - now go to Tammy's site, post your own Kitchen Tip and then cruise around for a while - she has some great recipes and even better advice!

I am so glad that you decided to post this even though it is so simple. I think it is brilliant! I am so going to start doing that.

Thank you!!

Wow, that is really simple, but so helpful. I feel like saying 'duh!' My print out recipes are always getting lost and slopped on when I'm cooking. Will be trying this one out.

I figured this out awhile back. It is so convienient. I use the magnet clips and that makes it even easier because sometimes the paper or papers are too heavy. If you use two of the clips it can hold up a full spread magazine.
