Well, my mom is now gone (thanks so much, Mom) and my babies are all relatively healthy. I'm ready to give this healthy-change thing another try. I have lemons for my lemon-water-cleansing drink stuff (descriptive, huh?). I have my Pilates for Dummies video - awesome video, btw, really good explanations and modifications (for those less-bendy bodies).
It's almost midnight here, so I'd better get to bed if I have any hopes of making it up by 7am in the morning...
I'll check in with everyone tomorrow and we'll get this healthy-ball rolling!! It *can* be done (I think)...
