Well, my mom is now gone (thanks so much, Mom) and my babies are all relatively healthy. I'm ready to give this healthy-change thing another try. I have lemons for my lemon-water-cleansing drink stuff (descriptive, huh?). I have my Pilates for Dummies video - awesome video, btw, really good explanations and modifications (for those less-bendy bodies).
It's almost midnight here, so I'd better get to bed if I have any hopes of making it up by 7am in the morning...
I'll check in with everyone tomorrow and we'll get this healthy-ball rolling!! It *can* be done (I think)...

Well.... since I'm up a pound and it has not gone away yet, I am going to start over also. I need to rethink my thinking!

Doing good today ~ well, "good" as in having a major headache. But I know that headache is from the changes I have been making in my diet. The lemon water will eventually help with that - but for now, it's killer!
I also got less than three hours of sleep last night - I'm so exhausted right now, I can't wait for my kid's bedtime. When they go to bed - I'M going to bed too!! Maybe then, I'll be able to get up before 7am....

May I ask where you purchased your "Pilates for Dummies" video? I have a Pilates video, but it's a bit advance for me. I've been trying to find a Beginner's but no such luck yet.

Ummmm, sorry, but I just rented it from the library. I really like it though, so I'm thinking about trying to find my very own copy. I really like Pilates, but was feeling overwhelmed. This is doable and encouraging.
