Ok, ya know that *great* bread I told you about? It has 1/2 c. of grains in it. I've always used dry, old fashioned oats. Today I used leftover oatmeal from the kids' breakfast. Interesting.
I've not tried that before, yet I did read that Vicki had done that before. No biggie. It required a bit more flour (duh Lori), but again, no biggie.
Until I remembered that we had Banana Bread Oatmeal. Ummmm....
So it looks like we will be having Banana Bread Oatmeal Honey Wheat Bread (what?).
It's in the oven.
I'll let ya know.....
