I've seen this on a couple other blogs ~ so I just had to add it to my own. I didn't learn to type until I had been married a few years. Now I can't imagine going back to "peck-typing" ever! I hope to teach my kiddos keyboard skills early on~

I just lost all I typed due to signing into Google...Urghh! I just wanted to say I'm a Michigan mom too, who is also a domestic goddess, homeschooling mom and wife of a wonderful dh and 2dd, 1ds. Found you thru link on Keepers at Home, curious about other Michigan moms. I enjoy reading about your faith journey, mom journey, life as wife and mother and keeper of the home. I went back and started at the beginning of your blog...how familiar your faith journey is, you give hope to other moms like me, the humor is so similar, the weight struggle so similar...thank you for sharing.

PS I admire and envy your energy and organizational skills - you motivate me to do better. The other thing: though I shouldn't be, I'm amazed at the reactions you get on having 5 children. My sil has 8, and I do remember her comments on some of the looks she's gotten, but also the positives too. And I can say, from watching them through the years, as the older ones grow up it gets easier since there are willing helping hands. You are doing a fabulous job!
